Te Korowai o Ngāruahine Trust is in development mode. We have over $60M worth of construction projects and other ventures on our radar over the next 5 years.

We are a whānau business and want to ensure our iwi members (uri) can participate in these projects, so we have developed a procurement strategy to do just that, Te Ara Toiroa (Pathway to whānau prosperity) the Ngāruahine Iwi Procurement Strategy. Te Ara Toiroa requires our ultimate decision makers and our industry and crown partners to privilege our uri first and for most, whenever there is an opportunity for training, employment and business development.

By privileging uri over all others we will create a pipeline of our own people into a cascade of Ngāruahine business, training and employment opportunities. We are currently developing our Iwi business and skills data base, so we will know who to contact when opportunities arise.
